For the first time, the beloved <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luckycharms.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lucky Charms<\/a> mascot is bringing breakfast lovers, and readers, into his magical world in a new book called \u201cThe Magic Inside.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exploring &ldquo;The Magic Inside&rdquo;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I had the pleasure of reading \u201cThe Magic Inside\u201d which is available for children of all ages to download and read on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luckycharmskids.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lucky\u2019s World of Magic<\/a> portion of the Lucky Charms website. Most brand mascots famously come equipped with character bibles: documents that outline what a mascot will and won\u2019t do. \u201cThe Magic Inside\u201d expands Lucky\u2019s narrative and world builds upon a charming new chapter in the leprechaun\u2019s life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/popicon.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/the_magic_inside.png\" alt=\"map of magic world\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe Magic Inside\u201d opens with a prologue from The Soothsayer. The Soothsayer is not a leprechaun but is certainly familiar with all the magical creatures in Fairyland. And Fairyland is a very different place from Humanland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Meet Lucky&rsquo;s Family<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Readers learn a lot about Lucky in Chapter One. Lucky the Leprechaun is 11 years old. This little tidbit of information is one I personally found appealing because I like to know the ages of brand mascots. (While many were technically created in the 1950s or 1960s, the characters themselves tend to be younger than you think!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/popicon.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/the_magic_inside_2.png\" alt=\"brother and sister falling down stairs\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lucky also has many members in his family. His dad is a leprechaun, and his mom is a human. He also has twin siblings, Jac and Gill. The twins go to Humanschool while Lucky attends Fairyland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe Magic Inside\u201d quickly establishes Lucky as a bright leprechaun who is having a hard time discovering his magic. Try as he might to be mischievous, he still has a hard time fitting in among leprechauns and humans alike. His parents insist that he\u2019s naturally lucky \u2014 and even has a magic clover in his hat to prove it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Still, Lucky isn\u2019t so sure. Does Lucky have any magic in him?<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lucky Meets Karn<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/popicon.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/the_magic_inside_3.png\" alt=\"lucky and a horse\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On his birthday, Lucky is shocked to find out his parents have invited everyone \u2014 fairies and humans alike \u2014 to his birthday party. Afraid that all his classmates will discover Lucky is only part-leprechaun and half-human, Lucky sneaks off to the Mysterious Forest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technically, leprechauns shouldn\u2019t go into this forest but Lucky heads in anyway. He quickly meets a new friend in a spunky unicorn named Karn who is also one-of-a-kind: half centaur and half Pegasus. The two become fast friends and make their way through the forest together in search of the Fairy Palace \u2014 and the source of Lucky\u2019s Magic<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>More Magic Ahead!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/popicon.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/the_magic_inside_4.png\" alt=\"lucky and unicorn\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without spoiling anything, \u201cThe Magic Inside\u201d has a sweet ending where Lucky finds his inner magic. He even gets help from a few beloved Lucky Charms cereal symbols: rainbows, blue moons, and clovers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/popicon.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/the_magic_inside_5.png\" alt=\"lucky, unicorn, and kids finding the rainbow\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Download and read \u201cThe Magic Inside\u201d today!
