What\u2019s often lost? Originality, cohesion, and soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That tension was at the heart of a pragmatic and forward-looking panel at <em>Converge @ Cannes<\/em>, where a group of brand, performance, and production leaders explored a critical question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What\u2019s the sustainable path forward for content-hungry brands?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moderated by <strong>Kerry Flynn<\/strong> (Axios), the panel included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li><strong>Chad Rogers<\/strong>, CRO, Lemonlight<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Ramzey Nassar<\/strong>, CEO, DOE Media<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Candii Woodson-Witchard<\/strong>, Former Director of Media, AT&amp;T\/Cricket<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Sarah Leinberger<\/strong>, VP of Marketing, Yoobi<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>From Velocity to Vision<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The panel opened with a shared recognition: the system is strained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019ve overcorrected toward speed,\u201d said <strong>Chad Rogers<\/strong>. \u201cNow we\u2019re seeing flat brand voices and disjointed storytelling. The solution isn\u2019t just \u2018more content\u2019\u2014it\u2019s <em>smarter content<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Rogers and his team at Lemonlight, that means building modular creative strategies\u2014atomized content that can be deployed across platforms, iterated in real time, and scaled without losing sight of brand DNA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Building Agile, Not Fragile, Systems<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ramzey Nassar<\/strong> emphasized the need for flexibility\u2014not chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAgile doesn\u2019t mean reactive,\u201d he said. \u201cIt means creating systems that are <em>repeatable<\/em>, <em>measurable<\/em>, and <em>resilient.<\/em> It\u2019s how we protect creative integrity while still driving performance.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He and others pointed to the growing role of data-backed workflows that allow creative teams to test, learn, and pivot\u2014<em>without<\/em> grinding them into the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Human-Centered Creativity<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong>Candii Woodson-Witchard<\/strong>, who oversaw media strategy at AT&#038;T\/Cricket, the key is keeping humans\u2014both consumers and creators\u2014at the center of the equation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAudiences know when something feels robotic. So do creators,\u201d she said. \u201cTo be sustainable, we have to honor both sides of that equation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She advocated for better internal alignment between media, brand, and creative teams\u2014so that performance insights don\u2019t just guide decisions, but spark creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Originality at Scale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarah Leinberger<\/strong> of Yoobi added a brand-side perspective, underscoring the importance of purpose and voice\u2014especially for mission-driven brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re always balancing impact and efficiency,\u201d she said. \u201cBut we never want to lose the heart of why we exist.
