Where will the event be held?
The Advertising Week LATAM Leadership Forum will take place on May 5, 2022, at the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma located at: Avenida Paseo de la Reforma no. 297, C.P. 06500, Mexico City.
What happens at the LATAM Leadership Forum?
The LATAM Leadership Forum will feature world-class thought leadership, fireside conversations with the region’s top marketers, networking and unique culinary experiences, culminating in the first-ever celebration of the LATAM Most Influential Marketing Leaders Awards.
What COVID safety measures will be in place?
At the upcoming AWLATAM Leadership Forum in-person event, the health and safety of our attendees, partners and staff is our top priority. We will implement policies and procedures based on the latest guidance from the CDMX Government on preventing the transmission and spread of COVID-19.
In addition, we will follow the guidelines put forth by the Hotel Sofitel Reforma. Masks are required of all guests upon arrival and in hotel common areas. Upon reaching the cocktail area on the 13th Floor, masks are optional in all event areas.
Good faith personal health checks before attending are expected of all guests. Please do not attend if exhibiting a fever or any known symptoms of Covid-19, and if aware of positive exposure please test to confirm you are negative before attending.
Attendance carries a natural and potential risk of exposure. Hotel Sofitel Reforma and Advertising Week will take all proper precautions in cleaning and in ensuring the health of its attending staff but bear no responsibility for individual exposure of attendees.
