Position Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to monitor all system performance daily. Ensure adequate IT and A/V resources are available. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. Support ongoing software and hardware. Manage Network infrastructure. Overall responsibility for all computer and A/V systems at 4A’s offices and remote user locations.

Position Responsibilities: End-User Support & Training

Provide Level 1 support to employees. Train and assist users on the various applications which include but not limited to new hires, staff, and off-site staff events. Engage, manage, maintain, and support onsite and remotely 4A’s system hardware and software.

Requirements:

Bachelors’ degree in an IT and/or relevant experience in related field or subject matter. Six years minimum work experience within the Information Technology field with an emphasis on end-user support. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
