Position Purpose:

As Facilitator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every training we deliver makes a difference. You’ll be asked to deliver custom content to a range of audiences, from entry level to senior executives. Regardless of audience or format, your job is to help our members and partners solve problems, develop skills, and flourish as professionals and people. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to creating lasting impact, and will find yourself in a rewarding, fast-paced job with a diverse group of people who really care.

Position Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual, in-person (eventually*), and blended learning programs for a range of audiences, including individual contributors, managers, and executive leadership. Guide program participants to achieve instructional end goals. Generate meaningful and engaging conversations. Modify and take ownership of learning activities and course content to promote retention and transfer.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a facilitator, instructor, or related role. Experience delivering DEI content both in-person and virtually. Understanding of the advertising industry a preference. Excellent visual and verbal storytelling skills. Executive presence and credibility.
