Position Purpose:
4A’s seeks a Partnership Success and Activation Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team and lead the successful planning, activation, & nurturing of partner member related activities. In this position, you will act as a primary contact across all our non-agency partner members — helping to coordinate onboarding and activation efforts needed to deliver on our partnership commitments. This collaborative and teamwork-oriented role will support our broader team to complete all activation-related tasks in support of our partner members. Position Responsibilities:
Partner Member Success:
Manage day-to-day partnership activation efforts including relationship management, marketing, web site management, onboarding, CRM profiles, reporting, and communications. Be the key point person to plan and execute webinars, thought leadership assets, committee meeting presentations, and any other content stemming from our partner memberships. Lead new partner onboard process and be actively involved in partner outreach and communication. Monitor partner relationship health and track overall partner satisfaction. Work closely with Director and SVP of Strategic Partnerships on renewals and growth of partner memberships. Ensure delivery of partnership commitments in accordance with our agreement. Manage the development and distribution of partnership newsletters and communications. Identify 4A’s content and programming that will be of value to prospective members. Organize partner check-ins and provide insight report to key stakeholders. Responsible for data entry, website access, and profile management of all partners in our CRM system. Monitor news and developments relating to key partners/prospects. Act as a liaison with internal marketing team and track creation of assets or other marketing materials.
Requirements:
1-3 years of advertising or marketing industry experience, preferably in account management, business development or media sales.
