Suki talks to the Internationally recognised mental health expert, David Beeney. David spent years in the world of media hiding a dark secret. His Mental Health was rock bottom but, fearful of being judged and singled out, he hid it from almost everyone. Until his Reset moment which forced him to confront his demons. It was a reset that was to change his life and gave him the purpose to help others. He’s now very much a man on a mission to remove the stigma around mental health in the workplace.
