How do I get my pass?

A big change this year is with our passes. Gone are the days of needing to print your pass at home — we’ll handle it for you. All passes will be printed on-site, beginning at 8am on Tuesday, 16 May.

To ensure a smooth pickup process, please refer to your confirmation email and screenshot your QR code. When you arrive at Picturehouse Central, head straight to the self-print kiosks and print your pass.

If you are unable to locate your confirmation email or QR code, go to the Check In queue at registration and provide your name to get your pass.

In our bid to make the event more sustainable, we’ve eliminated the use of plastic lanyards for this year’s event, so all passes will be printed on special cardstock. Please do not attempt to print your pass at home, as it will not work.

For any issues or questions, reach out to us at register@advertisingweek.com.

What is AW Fast Track?

Another new feature this year is AW Fast Track. Fast Track replaces our former Reserve a Seat feature and is available to all Super Delegate and select Delegate passholders.

Each stage will feature a Fast Track priority queueing line. Super Delegate passholders do not need to make any reservations and can proceed directly to the Fast Track queue for all sessions they attend.

Select Delegate passholders can select up to four sessions per day in which they can use the Fast Track queue. To learn how, use this brief tutorial: https://europe.advertisingweek.com/awfast-track

How Do I Download the App?

The official Advertising Week app will be available for download on 9 May in the App Store and Google Play.

What Does ‘Add to Watch Later’ Mean?

The Add to Watch Later icon bookmarks sessions for you to stream later. It does not save you a seat at a session or add it to your schedule, simply acts as a reminder.

Where is the Amazon Ads Studio Stage?

The Amazon Ads Studio is a virtual stage that brings you the biggest names debating the biggest subjects and interviews the people making changes in business and culture.

The Amazon Ads Studio broadcasts exclusive interviews and sessions and also streams in-person sessions.

You are able to watch all the content live online or on demand for up to 30 days, but unfortunately, there is no opportunity to watch it live in Picturehouse Central.

How Do I Build My Schedule?

To build your on-site schedule, we recommend using our official app. There, you can create your schedule, view all sessions, connect with fellow attendees, learn more about the on-site activations and more.

The app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play.

What’s the Difference Between a Stage and a Track?

At Advertising Week Europe, we’ll have 5 live stages and 1 virtual stage that contain a central theme. This year’s stages are:

  • The Great Minds Stage, presented by The Current
  • The Innovation Factory
  • The Tech Lab, presented by eBay Ads
  • The Creative Showcase
  • The Boardroom
  • The Amazon Ads Studio

Each stage hosts different tracks each day. Tracks are a one-day, hyper-focused series of sessions around a special topic that take place on a stage. This year’s AWEurope tracks are:

  • TV & Media
  • Audience & Collaboration
  • Ideas & Innovation
  • AdTech & Automation
  • Trends & Insights
  • Data & Privacy
  • Creative Concepts
  • Storytelling & Entertainment
  • Culture & Representation
  • Founders & Leadership
  • Brands & Marketers
  • Future Leaders

What is the AWLearn Academy?

The AWLearn Academy is the most efficient, enjoyable and creative use for your training budget in 2023.

AWLearn Academy, presented with expert training business F*ck Being Humble, is a live training boot camp at Advertising Week Europe 2023 explicitly designed for employers within marketing companies to help train staff in essential skills made harder to provide in an era of remote or flexible working.

The AWLearn Academy Delegate pass is only £599 and covers the cost of the workshop boot camp, two days of Advertising Week Europe and 12-month membership to AWLearn.
