Advertising Week New York is looking for exceptional leaders, fearless visionaries and trailblazing executives to submit their applications for this year’s Future is Female Awards, presented by Warner Bros. Discovery.
Candidates are nominated by colleagues, peers, and friends — or can even nominate themselves. A distinguished panel of judges — consisting of past winners, industry experts, and leaders — carefully selects the finalists based on a blend of proven accomplishments, demonstrated capability to drive organizational transformation, dedication to making a positive impact externally, ability to mentor others and professional endorsements.
You can submit as many nominations as you’d like — there are no entry fees, no age limits, no set job titles. We are simply looking for women who are up-and-coming leaders deserving of recognition.
Recipients of this esteemed award are chosen based on a combination of their proven accomplishments, demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, dedication to making a positive impact beyond their organizations, mentorship skills and endorsements from industry professionals.
The deadline to submit is September 15, 2023. Advertising Week New York will celebrate these rising stars with a special invite-only ceremony on October 16, 2023.
