Sofia Laurell is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tiny Organics, an early childhood nutrition company dedicated to cultivating a love for vegetables and healthy foods in children. Born and raised in Finland, Sofia has always been passionate about advocating for women and children. Prior to founding Tiny, Sofia spent her career launching and building brands. She is an integrated marketing veteran with over a decade of experience, including at Ascend Foundation, where she helped elevate women and minorities onto U.S. corporate boards and created a pipeline for them to achieve the highest levels of leadership at Fortune 500 corporations.
