Cómo llegar a Advertising Week LATAM
Advertising Week LATAM 2023 se llevará a cabo en el Papalote Museo del Niño. La dirección del lugar es Av Constituyentes 268, Bosque de Chapultepec II Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11100 Ciudad de México, CDMX, México.
Inscripción y cómo obtener tu pase
Por favor imprime tu pase antes de llegar para facilitar la entrada y evitar filas largas. Utilizamos pases impresos y gafetes como medidas de seguridad, por lo que es muy importante que lleves tu pase contigo en todo momento mientras estés en el evento.
Para imprimir tu pase, accede a tu cuenta o consulta tu correo electrónico de confirmación. Si no puedes imprimirlo antes de llegar al Papalote, habrán impresoras disponibles en el mostrador de registro para imprimir tu pase in situ.
Descarga la App
Mantente organizado y navega por el Papalote con nuestra aplicación la cual es muy fácil de usar. Conéctate sin problemas con tu cuenta de Advertising Week LATAM y accede a tu agenda. Personaliza y guarda sesiones, descubre speakers, explora la agenda y programa reuniones con otros asistentes.
Novedad de este año: ¡accede a tu pase a través de la aplicación! Asegúrate de asignar y reclamar tu pase para que aparezca en tu app.
Nota: Debes iniciar sesión en tu cuenta a través de la aplicación para recibir notificaciones de eventos relevantes y añadir tu pase.

Trae una botella de agua reutilizable
Te pedimos que traigas una botella de agua reutilizable al Papalote. Como parte de nuestro compromiso con la sostenibilidad, no tendremos vasos de un solo uso disponibles, tendremos estaciones de recarga de agua ubicadas en todo el lugar.

Fast Track
Si cuentas con un pase Super Delegate, asegúrate de aprovechar las ventajas de AW Fast Track, nuestra fila de sesiones prioritaria. Los Super Delegate pueden pasar directamente a la fila prioritaria para asistir a sesiones ilimitadas mientras se encuentren en la sede.

Getting to Advertising Week LATAM
Advertising Week LATAM 2023 takes place at Papalote Museo del Niño. The venue’s address is Av Constituyentes 268, Bosque de Chapultepec II Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11100 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico.
Registration and Obtaining Your Pass
Please print your pass before you arrive for easy entry and to avoid long lines. We use printed passes and lanyards as security measures, so it is very important that you have your pass on you at all times while at the event.
To print your pass,log into your account or refer to your confirmation e-mail. If you cannot print before arriving at the Papalote, printers will be available at the Registration Desk to print your pass on-site.

Stay organized and navigate the Papalote with our easy-to-use app. Seamlessly log in with your Advertising Week account and access your saved schedule. Customize and bookmark sessions, discover speakers, explore the program and schedule meetings with other attendees.
New this year: Access your pass through the app! Be sure to assign and claim your pass so it appears in your app.
Note: You must be signed in to your account through the app in order to receive relevant event notifications and to add your pass.

Bring a Reusable Water Bottle
We ask that you please bring a reusable water bottle with you to the Papalote. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we will not have single-use cups available, and water refilling stations will be located throughout the venue.

Fast Track
If you are a Super Delegate passholder, make sure you take advantage of AW Fast Track, our priority session queue. Super Delegates can proceed directly to the priority queue for unlimited sessions while on-site.
Special Events & Activations
There is a whole world of connection, discussion and celebration beyond the sessions and panels at Advertising Week LATAM. Please note some are open to all delegates, others are invitation only or for Super Delegates, and we ask you to RSVP. Please check the details for each event.
Lounges
In addition to our Delegates Lounge and our VIP & Speakers Lounge, we will again have the Co-Working Station, presented by Petal Ads.
The Delegates Lounge, presented by Heineken, is open to all pass holders, as is the Co-Working Station.
The VIP & Speakers Lounge, presented by Pluto TV, is available to Super Delegates, Speakers and partners of Pluto TV.
