The Future is Female is the anchor of Advertising Week’s globally celebrated Future is Female Program recognizing outstanding, trailblazing women in our industry. This invite-only awards night presented with our wonderful partner Spotify recognizes the women defining the future.

This year, we are so thrilled to be honoring a true American Trailblazer and Activist, Lilly Ledbetter, with our first-ever Lifetime Achievement Award. Lilly is a women’s equality activist, public speaker, and author who is most well-known for her contributions to equal pay, including the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009.

In celebration of Advertising Week’s 20th year, we have also launched the Suki Thompson Future is Female Scholarship with the Advertising Club of New York’s Foundation and will be awarding our first two education scholarships on the night.
