To receive full benefits and exposure, we recommend confirming your sponsorship by August 1, 2025.
Yes. We’re happy to tailor a package that fits your goals, from brand visibility and thought leadership to lead generation and product showcasing.
Speaking opportunities are included in many packages and can also be added. Options include solo keynotes, panels, fireside chats, and masterclasses.
The sponsor portal is a secure area where confirmed sponsors can upload assets, review deliverables, track deadlines, and access onboarding tools.
On-site branding can include signage, escalator wraps, branded lounges, digital displays, and more.
Most sponsor deliverables must be submitted by early September 2025. Exact dates will be provided in your sponsor kit.
Yes. Street-level activations or pop-ups may be available and are subject to NYC permit regulations. Ask your sponsor rep for more info.
Yes. Many packages include lead retrieval options, and we offer additional tools for capturing and scoring attendee engagement.
Passes vary by package tier. You may also purchase discounted add-on passes for staff, clients, or prospects.
Yes. Sponsor packages can include exhibitor space or interactive branded areas. Our team will help with layout and logistics.
Yes. Sponsors will receive performance summaries including impressions, leads, session attendance (if applicable), and branding exposure.
Premium sponsors are included in the app and pre-event communications. You may also purchase dedicated email or app placements.
Basic Wi-Fi is available. Dedicated Wi-Fi and power drops for activations can be arranged through our operations team.
Yes. Sponsors can host curated breakfasts, lunches, or after-hours events. Reach out early to secure space and promotion.
You’ll have a dedicated sponsor success manager to assist with planning, branding, creative asset collection, and on-site logistics.
Shipping and material handling details will be outlined in the sponsor kit. Our logistics partner will coordinate incoming and outgoing freight.
Yes. Using the official event app, you can schedule meetings in advance and and can recommend private meeting space options based on your package.
