As CEO of disruptor media shop Hearts & Science, Ralph brings a wealth of experience building innovative, award-winning media strategies for some of the world’s most beloved brands. A charismatic leader and futurist, Ralph is leading the way creating ambidextrous capabilities, culture mining for insight and building a diverse talent team that delivers divergent thinking. He believes the old marketing playbooks are broken and marketers need to continuously adjust media approaches, adopting a similar philosophy to software updates in the tech world. He is comfortable in a world of big business and entrepreneurship and was named one of Adweek’s Media All-Stars, and his team has won numerous top awards for digital creativity. A child of the Puerto Rican diaspora Ralph was born and raised New York City, and is passionate about creating pathways for the next generation of diverse leaders, he can often be found mentoring young minority entrepreneurs and start up’s in the media space.
Janet Lee is the Vice President and Head of Mobile Marketing at Samsung Electronics America (SEA). In this role, Lee is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for the company’s lineup of mobile devices in the US market.
Lee joined Samsung Electronics America in 2017. Prior to joining SEA, Lee held positions in marketing and brand strategy at Shiseido, Elizabeth Arden and L’Oréal.
Lee received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California Los Angeles and holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in Marketing, Management & Strategy and Decision Sciences.
Jonathan Kratz leads Technology, Mobile, and Connectivity partnerships for Meta in North America, and has been advising clients on media and business strategy at Meta for the past seven years. He joined Meta from The Boston Consulting Group, where he advised clients on strategy across the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Automotive industries. Jonathan holds a BA in Economics from Yale University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
