YOUR SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
At the upcoming AWNewYork in-person event, the health and safety of our attendees, partners and staff is our top priority. For this year’s event, we are implementing new policies and procedures based on the latest guidance from the CDC, federal, state and local health officials on preventing the transmission and spread of COVID-19.
IS PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIRED TO ATTEND IN PERSON?
Yes. Everyone who will be on-site at AWNewYork will be required to have a COVID-19 vaccination and to verify their status in advance. In addition, they will be required to follow all safety protocols as directed by the event organizers. This includes all delegates, speakers, exhibitors, staff, media, security, etc.
WHAT IF I CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION STATUS?
Anyone unable to provide proof of vaccination will not be allowed to enter the event. We offer a Digital Delegate Pass for those that prefer to participate virtually.
HOW DO I PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION STATUS?
Vaccination verification is built into the registration process and delegates will NOT receive their print-at-home pass until they verify their vaccination status. We have partnered with DocGo to ensure a seamless, secure proof-of-vaccination approval process.
Attendees will follow the standard event registration process through our website. Once fully registered and vaccination is verified, they will receive a confirmation email which includes your print at home Event Pass. If you have registered prior to October 4th, you should receive an email with instructions about how to complete registration and vaccination verification. All proof of vaccination is handled via a safe and confidential online portal administered by our partners at DocGo.
Once your proof of vaccination is approved, our registration team will send your event pass, which will be a PDF that you can download, print and bring with you to the event. Attendees can also have their pass printed on-site when they arrive at Hudson Yards, but the digital proof of vaccination must be done in advance through the registration system and link.
AWNewYork Special Events including the Leadership Breakfast Series, Future is Female Reception, Evening at the Apollo, Amazon Ads Presents ANDERSON .PAAK (and more) will also require vaccine verification which will be checked at time of entry to the event. You can use any of the following as proof of vaccination, and you must also present a government issued ID:

- NYC Vaccination Record
- NYC Covid Safe App Android | iOS
- Excelsior Pass

WHAT ABOUT FACE COVERINGS?
Approved face coverings will be required in the theaters of our Day-Time Thought Leadership Venue @ Hudson Yards (5th & 6th Levels)
Face coverings are strongly encouraged in the common areas, lounges and brand activations outside the theaters in our 5th & 6th Level footprint at Hudson Yards
Face coverings are required at all special events that take place indoors, and COVID-19 protocols are subject to the policies and procedures at each individual venue.
WHAT IF I AM BRINGING A GROUP TO AWNEWYORK?
If you are coordinating a group attending, exhibiting or speaking at Advertising Week, each individual must confirm their own vaccination status so please ensure we have individual emails for each attendee so they can receive their digital verification link.
WHAT OTHER PRECAUTIONS ARE TAKING PLACE?
Sanitizing stations are located throughout our headquarters, and common areas will be cleaned frequently. Each theater will be cleaned every 90 minutes in between session blocks.
Our Health & Safety Office located on the 5th Level entrance at Hudson Yards will support attendee safety needs and have medical specialists on-site if any attendee feels ill. On-site testing will also be available if needed.
