Plan Your #AWAfrica Visit — Everything You Need to Know

URGENT NOTICE, PLEASE READ

Important Update for Advertising Week Africa

We are now at capacity for the event. If you have not claimed your pass or asked your attendees to yet, we encourage you to do so immediately.

Please print your pass before arrival if you can. We are anticipating massive queues and have created a separate entry line for those with printed passes. Registration doors open at 8:30am on 16 February.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of this event, we cannot guarantee entry for those with complimentary passes. Please arrive early, as seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For passholders that are Speakers, members of the Press, part of the Hackathon or AWAccelerate programme or have received an upgraded pass, please head to the VIP queue upon arrival.

All passes will allow access to stream live and on-demand for 30 days if you cannot attend in person.
