Plan Your #AWAfrica Visit — Everything You Need to Know

Important Update for Advertising Week Africa

We are now at capacity for the event. If you have not claimed your pass or asked your attendees to yet, we encourage you to do so immediately.

Please print your pass before arrival if you can. We are anticipating massive queues and have created a separate entry line for those with printed passes. Registration doors open at 8:30am on 16 February.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of this event, we cannot guarantee entry for those with complimentary passes. Please arrive early, as seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For passholders that are Speakers, members of the Press, part of the Hackathon or AWAccelerate programme or have received an upgraded pass, please head to the VIP queue upon arrival.

All passes will allow access to stream live and on-demand for 30 days if you cannot attend in person.

Arriving at the Venue

We can’t wait to officially welcome you to Vodacom World on 16 February for our thought leadership programme. Here’s a quick look at the info you’ll need to know:

Event Address

Guests should arrive at the front entrance of Vodacom World, located at 082 Vodacom Blvd, Noordwyk, Midrand, 1685, South Africa.

For those driving to the event, please park at Vodacom Parking Lot 191, located on 14th Rd. We will have a complimentary shuttle running to and from the venue all day.

For those using Uber or private car drop, please proceed to the Vodacom World front entrance, located at 082 Vodacom Blvd, Noordwyk, Midrand, 1685, South Africa.

The registration desk will be on the Ground Floor of Vodacom World near the elevators. Passes cannot be purchased on-site and must be purchased before 16 February.

If you plan to attend in person, we ask that you print your pass before arriving for easy entry and to avoid long queues. We anticipate a high volume of attendees arriving early on Thursday morning (16 Feb) and having your pass printed before arrival will help get you through security and registration faster.

Also, we use printed passes and lanyards as a security measure, so it is imperative that you have your pass on you at all times while at the event.

To print your pass, please log into your account or refer to your confirmation e-mail.

Thought Leadership Program

There are no reserved seats for our thought leadership sessions or workshops. All seating is first-come, first-serve. View our agenda and start planning your session schedules here.
