At the upcoming AWNewYork in-person event, the health and safety of our attendees, partners and staff is our top priority. For this year’s event, we are implementing new policies and procedures based on the latest guidance from federal, state and local health officials on preventing the transmission and spread of COVID-19.
Everyone who will be on-site at AWNewYork will be required to have a COVID-19 vaccination and to verify their status in advance. In addition, they will be required to follow all safety protocols as directed by the event organizers. This includes all delegates, speakers, exhibitors, staff, media, security, etc.
How to Provide Your Proof of Vaccination for AW Delegates at Hudson Yards
Vaccination verification will be built into the registration process and delegates will NOT receive their print-at-home pass until they verify their vaccination status. We have partnered with DocGo to ensure a seamless, secure proof-of-vaccination approval process.
What’s the Process?
Attendees will follow the standard event registration process through our website. Once registered, they will receive a confirmation email about their registration. Beginning October 1st, registered attendees will then receive a link to upload their proof of vaccination via a safe and confidential DocGo portal.
Once your proof of vaccination is approved, our registration team will send your event pass, which will be a PDF that you can download, print and bring with you to the event. Attendees can also have their pass printed on-site when they arrive at Hudson Yards, but the digital proof of vaccination must be done in advance through the registration system and link.
If you are coordinating a group attending, exhibiting or speaking at Advertising Week, each individual must confirm their own vaccination status so please ensure we have individual emails for each attendee so they can receive their digital verification link.
Anyone unable to provide proof of vaccination will not be allowed to enter the event.
How do I provide my proof of vaccination at AWNewYork Special Events?
AWNewYork Special Events including the Leadership Breakfast Series, Future is Female Reception, Evening at the Apollo, Amazon Ads Presents ANDERSON .PAAK (and more) will also require vaccine verification which will be checked at time of entry to the event. You can use:
