Registration and Obtaining Your Pass

All passes will be printed on-site, beginning at 8:30am on Tuesday, 1 August. To ensure a smooth pickup process, please log in to your AW account before you arrive to download your pass or refer to your confirmation email and screenshot your QR code. We recommend arriving early to avoid long queues.

As part of our commitment to reducing the environmental impact of Advertising Week, we’ve eliminated plastic lanyards for this year’s event, so all passes will be printed on special cardstock. Please don’t try to print your pass at home because it won’t work.

Stay organized and navigate Luna Park with our easy-to-use app. Seamlessly log in with your Advertising Week account and access your saved schedule. Customise and bookmark sessions, discover speakers, explore the programme and schedule meetings with other attendees. Available on Google Play and the App Store.

Bring a Reusable Water Bottle

We ask that you please bring a reusable water bottle with you to Luna Park. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we will not have single-use cups available, and water refilling stations will be located throughout the venue.

Fast Track

If you are a Super Delegate passholder, make sure you take advantage of AW Fast Track, our priority session queue. Super Delegates can proceed directly to the priority queue for unlimited sessions while on-site.
