How Do I Reserve a Seat?

Reserve a Seat is a perk available to Super Delegate passholders. Not all passholders have access to this feature. If you are a Super Delegate passholder, please follow this tutorial to Reserve a Seat for any session you’d like to attend: https://apac.advertisingweek.com/reservedseats

What’s the Difference Between the Online Schedule and the App?

The online schedule is meant for virtual viewers and for pre-event reference. On the online schedule, you’ll be able to stream sessions during and after the event.

The app is designed to enhance your on-site experience. You can learn more about speakers and build your conference schedule.

As of now, there is no syncing between the online schedule and the app, so please note that anything you save to your online schedule will not be available on your app schedule and vice versa.

How Do I Download the App?

The Advertising Week app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play

What Does ‘Add to Watch Later’ Mean?

The Add to Watch Later icon bookmarks sessions for you to stream later. It does not save you a seat at a session or add it to your schedule.

Where is the Amazon Ads Stage?

The Amazon Ads Studio is a virtual stage that brings you the biggest names debating the biggest subjects and interviews the people making changes in business and culture. The Amazon Ads Studio broadcasts exclusive interviews and sessions and also streams in-person sessions.

How Do I Build My Schedule?

To build your on-site schedule, we recommend using our official app. There, you can create your schedule, view all sessions, connect with fellow attendees, learn more about the on-site activations and more.

The app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play.

What’s the Difference Between a Stage and a Track?

At Advertising Week APAC, we’ll have 3 live stages and 1 virtual stage that contain a central theme. Stages are a constant and host different tracks. This year’s stages are:

  • The Great Minds Stage
  • The Innovation Factory, presented by News Corp Australia
  • The Tech Lab, presented by Yahoo!
  • The Amazon Ads Studio

Within a stage are tracks. Tracks are a one-day, hyperfocused series of sessions around a special topic and take place on a stage. This year’s AWAPAC tracks are:

  • AdTech & Insight, presented by the Trade Desk
  • Creative Concepts
  • Innovation & The Metaverse
  • Storytelling & Entertainment
