AWEurope FAQs

How Do I Get My pass?

All passes will be printed on-site, beginning at 8am on Tuesday, 16 May.

To ensure a smooth pickup process, please refer to your confirmation email and screenshot your QR code. When you arrive at 180 Studios, head straight to the Registration desk, where we’ll scan your QR code and print your pass.

In our bid to make the event more sustainable, we’ve eliminated the use of plastic badge holders for this year’s event, so all passes will be printed on special cardstock. Please do not attempt to print your pass at home, as it will not work.

For any issues or questions, reach out to us at register@advertisingweek.com.

What is AW Fast Track?

If you are a Super Delegate pass holder, make sure you take advantage of AW Fast Track, our priority session queue. Super Delegates can proceed directly to the priority queue for unlimited sessions while on-site and take advantage of the reserved seating area toward the front of the stage.

How Do I Download the App?

The official Advertising Week app is available for download in the App Store and Google Play. Once you have claimed your pass, you will receive an email from noreply@connect.advertisingweek.com with instructions on how to connect your Advertising Week account to the app.

For any questions about the app, please contact register@advertisingweek.com.

What Does ‘Add to Watch Later’ Mean?

The Add to Watch Later icon bookmarks sessions for you to stream later. It does not save you a seat at a session or add it to your schedule, simply acts as a reminder.

How Do I Build My Schedule?

To build your on-site schedule, we recommend using our official app. There, you can create your schedule, view all sessions, connect with fellow attendees, learn more about the on-site activations and more.

The app is available for download from the App Store and Google Play.

What’s the Difference Between a Zone and a Track?

At Advertising Week Europe, we’ve reimagined our Stages to be Zones. Each Zone contains a central theme, has areas for networking and on-theme activations. This year’s Zones are:

  • Entertainment Zone, presented by Netflix
  • Innovation Zone
  • Technology Zone

Additionally, we are introducing two new Lounges, which will host a stage for thought leadership programming, networking and curated meetups. This year’s Lounges are:

  • Scale Up Lounge, presented by LinkedIn
  • Culture Unleashed Lounge, presented by Group Black

Each stage hosts different tracks each day. Tracks are a one-day, hyper-focused series of sessions around a special topic that take place on a stage. This year’s AWEurope tracks are:

  • AI
  • Brand Funded Entertainment, presented by Tellycast
  • Brands & Marketers
  • Campaigns & Creativity
  • Data & Analytics
  • Founders & Leaders
  • Game Changers
  • Growth Strategies
  • Ideas & Innovation
  • Storytelling & Media
  • Streaming & Entertainment
  • Trends & Insights
