Getting to Advertising Week New York
Advertising Week New York will be held in THE PENN DISTRICT, 100 W. 33rd St, New York, NY. The venue is easily accessible via Penn Station, the Herald Square BDFM NQRW stop, the PATH train, the 34th St. 123 stop or a short walk from the 34th St. ACE stop.
Early Pass Pick Up
Looking to beat the Monday morning rush? If you are registered as a Super Delegate or AWLearn Academy Delegate pass holder, we are offering the opportunity to pick up your event pass on Thursday, October 3 or Friday, October 4 from 1:00pm-5:00pm at The PENN District. With your pass in hand, you’ll be able to proceed directly into the venue after security.
Registration and Obtaining Your Pass
All passes will be printed on-site, beginning at 8am on Monday, October 7. To ensure a smooth pickup process, we will scan your QR code to confirm entry. To have your QR code ready, please claim your pass and screenshot it by logging in to your AW account before you arrive or download the official Advertising Week event app and select My Pass.

Experience seamless entry with your digital pass right on your phone! Simply log in to the AW app, flash your QR code at registration and swiftly collect your name tag and lanyard. Digital pass holders can enjoy expedited access through the dedicated queue. Ensure you’ve claimed your pass to unlock the app’s full potential—without it, you won’t be able to log in.

Fast Track
Super Delegates, CMO Lounge Delegates and AWLearn Academy Delegates have access to AW Fast Track, our priority session queue. Simply proceed directly to the priority queue for unlimited sessions while on-site and take advantage of the reserved seating area toward the front of the stage.
