By Tommy Johnson, Director of Partnerships, Open Influence
Last year, I urged brands to evolve beyond rainbow logos and limited-time campaigns in favor of celebrating diversity, equity and inclusion with an always-on mindset. This year, that message is even more important. The fact is, there’s room for everyone at the table, and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community doesn’t make any less room for everyone else–it simply brings our bold creativity and inclusive storytelling into focus, making the table richer, not smaller.
Whether you’re looking for a good laugh, some design inspiration, or a stellar brand partnership, below are 10 LGBTQIA+ creators I personally can’t wait to work with. This list aims to cast a diverse net, so depending on your brand and goals, dive deep, follow the people they’re following and really immerse yourself this year. If all else fails, you know where to find me!
