The 99th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will be full of larger-than-life balloons, floats and balloonicles, but one float is making a splash for its extra small size. Goldfish is back with “The Littlest Float” which is said to be the tiniest float to appear in the parade, ever.

Just how small is The Littlest Float? It measures up to 14 Goldfish crackers long. The float, in collaboration with agency Mischief, depicts a school of Goldfish crackers clad in beanies and earmuffs sledding and preparing for a playful snowball fight atop a snow-Goldfish. And if it looks familiar, the scene is a nod from Goldfish’s “Snow Day” ad which will air during the parade.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Goldfish back to this year’s iconic celebrations with the smallest float, in Parade history,” said Jordan Dabby, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade producer. “It may be tiny, but this tiny float is bursting with fun and ready to make a big impression for live spectators in New York City and fans tuning in from coast to coast.”
Previously, Goldfish had a more traditionally sized float which made appearances from 2012 to 2014 in the Macy’s Parade.
“Goldfish is the fish-shaped snack adored by all ages, and there’s no better place to share the smallest snack with the biggest smile than at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade,” said Mike Fanelli, Senior Director, Marketing, Goldfish. “It’s a joyful reminder that even the tiniest things can bring the greatest joy during the holidays, and we’re honored to share this moment with Goldfish snackers everywhere.”
Keep your eyes peeled for The Littlest Float and watch the 2025 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade live on Thursday November 27, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 12 PM EST on NBC and Peacock.
