AWEurope 2024: Everything You Need to Know Before the Event

Before we welcome you to 180 Studios, we wanted to create a cheat sheet for the perfect Advertising Week experience, and this post contains everything you’ll need to know. If you are uncertain of anything, don’t hesitate to contact us at register@advertisingweek.com.

We can’t wait to see you!

Getting to Advertising Week Europe

Advertising Week Europe 2024 takes place at 180 Studios. The venue’s address is 180 Strand, Temple, London WC2R 1EA. Our entry doors are on the Strand between Surrey Street and Arundel Street and will feature AW signage and greeting staff.

The venue is easily accessible via Temple Station (0.2 mile – 3min walk), Charing Cross / Embankment Station (0.3mile – 6 min walk), Holborn Station (0.5 mile – 12 min walk) or the Blackfriars Station (0.7 mile – 15 min walk).

Please use the location on Arundel Street for car drop off and pick up. Address: 2 Arundel St, Temple, London WC2R 3DA. We recommend catching a ride with Uber, our Official Rideshare Partner of #AWEurope24.

Registration and Obtaining Your Pass

All passes will be printed on-site, beginning at 8:00am on Tuesday, 14 May. To ensure a smooth pickup process, please log in to your AW account before you arrive to claim and download your pass. We recommend arriving early to avoid long queues.

As part of our commitment to reducing the environmental impact of Advertising Week, we’ve eliminated plastic badge holders at all global events, so all passes will be printed on special cardstock. Please don’t try to print your pass at home because it won’t work.

Download the App

Stay organised and navigate 180 Studios with our easy-to-use app. Use your registration details to seamlessly connect the app with your Advertising Week account and access your saved schedule, bookmark sessions, discover speakers, explore the programme and schedule meetings with other attendees.

New this year:

  • Review personalised recommendations of people to meet at Advertising Week
  • Scan other attendees’ passes to save their info
  • Build out a personalised schedule
  • Get to know our event Speakers and Sponsors

You can also access your pass through the app! Be sure to assign and claim your pass so it appears in your app. You’ll be able to scan this for session entry, bypass venue entry lines and more.

Note: You must be signed in to your account through the app to receive relevant event notifications and to view your pass.

Available on Google Play and the App Store.

Bring a Reusable Water Bottle

We ask that you please bring a reusable water bottle with you to 180 Studios. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we will not have single-use cups available, and water refilling stations will be located throughout the venue.

The Agenda

Our one-of-a-kind agenda was made to inspire, think and reinvigorate the power of creativity. Browse the agenda and start bookmarking the sessions you’d like to attend.

Note: Bookmarking a session does not guarantee entry to a session. All sessions are first come, first serve with regards to seating.

Fast Track

If you are a Super Delegate pass holder, make sure you take advantage of AW Fast Track, our priority session queue. Super Delegates can proceed directly to the priority queue for unlimited sessions while on-site and take advantage of the reserved seating area toward the front of the stage.

Special Events & Activations

There is a whole world of connection, discussion and celebration beyond the sessions and panels at Advertising Week Europe. Together with our partners, we have curated a unique set of experiences for our delegates during the week. Discover the week’s special events by viewing the Special Events & Activations Guide.

Please note some are open to all delegates, others are invitation only or for Super Delegates, and we ask you to RSVP. Please check the details for each event.
